Average stay with some drawbacks
poor noise insulation intrusive sound
The location was acceptable, about 15 minutes by foot to the city center.
I found the noise insulation severely lacking. Street noise and hallway sounds were intrusive.. the constant banging of doors was especially disruptive.

helpful staff good location tram station lack soundproofing heavy door cramped breakfast area
Andrea was very helpful . I liked that. the hotel has a good location that is walkable to the historic center. i appreciated the tram station. It made getting around easier.
The noise was quite noticeable. Soundproofing is absent. i could hear traffic and street noise even with windows closed. the doors were heavy. They banged loudly. the breakfast area felt a bit cramped.

the breakfast was nice with many options available. air conditioning in the rooms worked well, it kept everything cool
the parking lot felt a bit far from the entrance, though accessible.
